What does an HOA do?
The purpose of the Northwood Lake HOA is to foster an atmosphere of community among our neighbors and insure the value of resident's investments by maintaining the lake and amenities.
NWL HOA
The HOA Board of Directors works hard to make sure Northwood Lake remains, as it has for the past several decades, one of the most desirable areas to live in Northport. From maintaining and improving our amenities to communicating with the local authorities about concerns and issues, the Board volunteers hours of their time and effort for this community.
Available amenities
Northwood Lake offers many amenities to its residential members, such as a beautiful lake for fishing and boating, a large pool open during the summer months, a children's playground and a walking trail along the lake, to name a few. There are also multiple picnic areas and docks provided for members. We take pride in these assets that we share. Come see for yourself!
