Lake Access
With a membership to Northwood Lake, you get some of the best fishing and boat access to one of the best kept secrets in the heart of Northport, Alabama. With 69 acres of water, you can find ample paddle boating, fishing, canoeing and more.
Recreational Areas
Pool, Ball Field, Tennis Courts & Pavilion
Northwood Lake recreational members have access to our ball field (and free field reservations), tennis courts and pavilion (minimum reservation fee) at any time. The NWL Pool is open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend with lifeguards on duty, and a fun family atmosphere that you can't get enough of!
Common Areas
Playground, Walking Trail and Picnic Areas
A Northwood Lake membership grants you access to the neighborhood playground and adjacent walking trail, both of which have a breathtaking view of our lake over the dam, as well as several picnic areas to enjoy.
Neighborhood Events
In Northwood Lake, we work hard and we play hard. We have workdays through the year and we also plan special times to get together and celebrate, to sit and laugh and enjoy each other's company. Whether it's a neighborhood yard sale, an End of Summer Pool Celebration or a Christmas Boat Parade, we're making connections and memories.
